Misleading; refund pls
I subscribed thinking I could make unlimited calls to the U.S. as advertised, but it was not clearly stated that I would need to buy or use credits to actually make calls. I ended up using all 50 credits very quickly, and now I can’t call without paying more — despite already having an active subscription. This was very misleading. If the service is truly “unlimited,” it shouldn’t be tied to credits or extra purchases. I’ve already canceled my subscription and would like to request a refund.
