I contacted support; however, I have not received a response. Could someone please look into this issue? -- OOshodi1, 2026-02-11 ### *---- "Terrible customer service" After having the service for a few years I changed my cell number. There are NO instructions on how to edit so you can continue to get calls- I USE THIS FOR MY EVENT VENUE. So after calling 3 times, sending 2 messages and still no reply or help- I’m saddened and disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for and $9/ month doesn’t buy good service. I do NOT recommend. -- MoniqueWETX, 2025-09-13 ### *---- "Fraud" I haven't been able to use their services for over six months, and restoration attempts have failed. However, monthly payments are still being taken from my account. The customer service number on Google connects to a different company, and my emails have been ignored. I consider this fraudulent, as payments are deducted without service delivery. -- @MzFlava, 2024-09-20 ### ***** "Great Setup!" Starting my own small business has been a learning curve for sure. Ninja number was a component of that setup, but this has been such an easy and seamless process. Thank you Ninja Number! -- Hillside Ninja, 2024-08-28 ### *---- "WARNING: DO NIT USE" WARNING @ninjanumber is a fraud. Do not sign up for a free trial. We did, then cancelled. But they have been fraudulently bill us since Aug 2023. No email replies. Phone number always goes to an answering service who takes a message that is never returned. -- theMKlife, 2024-05-04 ### *---- "Horrible Support and Bad Product." After multiple calls and emails we have still received zero support response to their many technical issues. Absolutely the worse I’ve seen and we are regretting this decision. Our phone is not working and they have no ability or willingness to help. Please don’t make the same mistake we did. Try another company. -- Architect NYC, 2024-03-23 ### *---- "Canceling plan." It won’t let me cancel my subscription or my plan. As of today I am canceling this plan. Please do not charge my card any more. Sarah Avena -- Avenatti Giovanni, 2024-01-17 ### *---- "Poor service and horrible app" We are stuck because of the phone number but horrible app and no one gets back to you. Second time all my leads and conversations were deleted. Do better or stop charging people, do this for free because it’s not a business. -- TamaraL1983, 2023-10-27 ### *---- "Can’t cancel free trial, features don’t work as advertised" I trialed Ninja Number as I was interested in the missed call to text option that was advertised. Upon registering my number, I found out this option was not working. I called and submitted a ticket with customer service, and never heard back. I also called to cancel my free trial before the week ended, as there was no way to cancel in the app. I was assured it would be cancelled. Of course, I was charged. The app is laggy, and it overall just feels like a scam. I will have to dispute with my bank now and hopefully will be able to prevent being charged next month. -- JMann0098, 2023-08-12 ### ***** "So far so good." Had issues finding the right price and a virtual phone system that has an area code /phone number for my area. Ninja number checked all the boxes! -- Lalahs Corner, 2023-05-23 [View all Second Phone Line Ninja Number reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Second Phone Line Ninja Number In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Flex Plan | $9.99 | | 10 Ninja Agent VIP Transaction | $28.99 | | 5 Ninja Agent VIP Transaction | $14.99 | | Ninja Agent VIP Transaction | $2.99 | ## Second Phone Line Ninja Number Discovered Keywords - second phone line ninja number - smart numbers - number ninja - second number line ## Apps Similar to Second Phone Line Ninja Number - [PhoneCall-Calls & Text](https://apptail.io/app/phonecall-calls-text-PFDb/united-states) - [Phonly: Second Phone Number](https://apptail.io/app/phonly-second-phone-number-mGDb/united-states) - [dialbird](https://apptail.io/app/dialbird-SEoc/united-states) - [Reach: Business Phone Number](https://apptail.io/app/reach-business-phone-number-BJsc/united-states) - [Phone2: Business Phone Number](https://apptail.io/app/phone2-business-phone-number-pdMm/united-states) - [Second Phone Number: PlusPhone](https://apptail.io/app/second-phone-number-plusphone-ViZm/united-states) - [Second Phone Number: NumPlus](https://apptail.io/app/second-phone-number-numplus-DLZm/united-states) - [Qara: Second Phone Number](https://apptail.io/app/qara-second-phone-number-sMdn/united-states) - [Second Phone Number & 2nd](https://apptail.io/app/second-phone-number-2nd-mOFo/united-states) - [Second Phone Number²](https://apptail.io/app/second-phone-number2-GKBp/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
