Secrets is an app for storing all of your passwords and anything else you want to keep … secret!
There are lots of things in our daily lives that we don’t want other people to know like credit card details, bank details, and of course, passwords. Secrets can protect all of those things and more in an app that’s easy to use but still secured by strong encryption and advanced sync technology.
Because we think that your secrets should be yours and yours alone, your passwords and information are never synced with our servers. If you choose to sync your information between devices it will be encrypted and securely saved in iCloud. Secrets uses strong 256-bit encryption and locks your information behind biometric (Face ID or Touch ID) and alphanumeric (a strong and unique passphrase) protection.
Despite that, Secrets is full of features that you’re going to love using and will make using your passwords and other information a breeze.
FEATURES INCLUDE:
• Store all of your passwords, passkeys, credit cards, bank details, and other information so that it’s always there when you need it.
• Create reate new, secure, and private passwords for new apps and services. No more trying to come up with a unique password yourself.
• Generate one-time passcodes for apps and services that offer two-factor authentication.
• Get all of your passwords and information into Secrets with ease — import from 1Password, LastPass, and other popular services or import using a CSV file.
• Take your passwords with you. Secrets supports iCloud syncing so your information is always available and up-to-date.
• Access your passwords when you need them — Secrets for iPhone and iPad securely integrates with browsers on Windows and Linux so your passwords are never more than a few taps away.
• Use password AutoFill to quickly enter usernames and passwords on your Apple devices.
PRIVATE AND SECURE
We don't have access to your information, including usernames and passwords. Not even in encrypted form!
Synced information doesn’t use our servers and nothing leaves your device or iCloud (when syncing is enabled).
Information is stored using modern cryptographic algorithms and 256-bit encryption.
Use Touch ID or Face ID to unlock Secrets or set up a strong passphrase — or both! You can even use your Apple Watch to unlock Secrets on the Mac.
Automatic locking ensures that Secrets keeps all of your information locked away even if your phone/computer is stolen.

Secrets 4 has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is 181.05 $.
Since the developer has noticed the issue that annoys me, I'll change the rating back to what Secrets 4 deserves.
Overall, It's an extremely good app.
But think before you decide. I'm 10000% sure I'm not the only one with multilple devices.
7 devices x one or more question asking 3 times = ??? times I have to answer?
What if I buy 3 more Apple devices in the future?
I have to answer the question 30 times?
I'm an app collector that currently have more than 10700 apps that are worth USD 20000 (I requested data from Apple and do calculation)
How many emails do you think I have to write to contact and report bugs if I don't use App Store reviews sometimes to save my time?

Moved from Bitwarden to Secrets!
I moved my ~1,000 passwords over to Secrets and it imported them like a champ, without a hitch! Leaving Bitwarden for Secrets as my daily driver is saying a lot, because Bitwarden is arguably the best free password manager. With a purchase of Secrets, the integration with iOS + browsers on my PC, speed of autofill, and the fact that your data is stored on-device or in iCloud, I was convinced to make the switch! If you need support, the developer is also very responsive. I highly recommend Secrets as your one tool to manage all of your passwords!
Feels like it was made by account.
Is it possible a toddler was smashing a bunch of buttons on an iPad and accidentally registered as an Apple dev, wrote what appears to be some kind of SwiftUI, then finished with a spit up an entire code base over babysitter’s shoulder? Dev: “Oh that’s just a little spit up, let’s make it purple cuz it’s the year of purp UI & only do the splash so we can get that 💸 cashflow goin.” ——Me: “is that why it takes 10 seconds every 5 second to open any 1 password 150x a day >> taking up 5min every 10 min I have to log in to using any app at all, leaving me with 1 second left in my day finish work?” Dev: “Goo goo ga ga” Us: “can you at least remove those painfuly useless dashboard icons that were designed for a motorcycle, yet take up 5 parking spaces inside that gigantic panel touchscreen made for a screen I can’t touch?” Me again: “fine, can we just make the app look like one app, vs 7 online boilerplate dev UI Kits pushed out by some people trying to sell mud in exchange for dough? This things is truly terrible. Been using it for over a month out of pure intent to ensure this review is based on well tested implications
iOS autofill function is totally broken
1. The app is triggered like a bottom sheet following tapping of the ‘Passwords’ key via the keyboard
2. The app auto searches {{someString}} via Secrets’ search function
3. The bottomsheet ‘falls down’ again and the input field is left empty completely. Reinstalling and resetting passwords makes no difference.

Nice UI, password rules too limited
This has a nice UI that feels very Appley. However it is not serviceable as my password manager without more control over password generation. You cannot create memorable or typable passwords (i.e. using word lists) and you cannot control *which* punctuation characters are valid, only whether *any* are included. This makes it impossible to create passwords that fulfill specific site requirements (of course those requirements are often stupid, but I can't change them.)
More, there are many cases where autofill does not apply: not all password use is in a browser or an iOS app. For example for login to the machine itself, or entry into a terminal, so I need to be able to create passwords that I can actually type.
Good enough for my needs.
I’ve grown accustomed to using a password manager but when I stopped using the one I was using for years, I struggled to find a replacement. I stumbled upon this app and I’ve been using it for sometime now without any problems.
