找不到退款 发邮件给客服也没有人回复
看到有人分享可以免费试用三天就下载了，下载完之后的界面是选择试用和开通一年年费才能进去使用。界面非常不清晰且默认的是开通一年，导致我扣款了将近700RMB才反应过来开通了一年年费。没有办法退款且找客服只能发邮件，发邮件了也没人回。 同传非常一般，为什么要花这个钱，超无语。 麻烦回一下邮件谢谢。
