Scam??
I purchased the lifetime membership 1/16/22 but they have been charging my Apple account $4.99 monthly I was never notified and what happened to my lifetime membership??? I am currently disputing and if they correct the situation and rectify my overpayments I might change this but it looks like a possible bait and switch DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT At least until we get an answer as to what happened!!!!!!!
Subscription is not showing in Apple ID
My lifetime subscription is not showing up in my Apple ID, nether it is showing up in my family access in Apple ID. Lifetime charge was showing $49.99 but I was charged $86.57 I contacted let me see if they respond or not. I sent email already 5 days ago. I will wait for two more days otherwise I am going to report spam to Apple Store.
Unable to open
I’m no longer able to open this app. I love it and have used it for quite some time but now it no longer works. Do u have a fix???
