Secure-IT is ontwikkeld voor en met de beveiligingsbranche. De gehele werkcyclus van je beveiligingsbedrijf is erin verwerkt. Van het eerste telefoontje van je nieuwe klant tot het verzenden van je factuur, van het accorderen van de dienst via de app tot je loonadministratie. Denk ook aan urenregistratie, onregelmatigheidstoeslag, sleutelregistratie en andere zaken waar je beveiligingsbedrijf mee te maken heeft. Het zit allemaal in de app en het softwarepakket. We luisteren naar je wensen en verwerken deze in de software.

App is goed alleen ik mis synchroniseren met je eigen telefoon agenda. Als je voor meerdere partijen werkt wil je wel overzicht hebben. Op deze manier moet je elke keer inloggen en datum zoeken en vergelijken met je agenda of andere app of je wel kunt werken die dag. Als je synchroniseert met agenda dan heb je overzicht van bijde.

Fijne app, enkel mis ik de functie nog om beschikbaarheid naast dagen ook op uren in te stellen. Dus bijvoorbeeld 25 april niet beschikbaar van 08:00 tot 15:00. Hierdoor kan zowel opdrachtgever en opdrachtnemer efficiënter inroosteren. Hoop dat die functie er komt.

Wanneer ik zelf rooster, en mn dienst inplan krijg ik direct een wit scherm. Dan moet ik eerst de app afsluiten en weer opnieuw opstarten.

Dienst staat wel in de app maar dit werkt heel vervelend

Zeer handige app voor mijn opdrachten. Wat ik wel mis is gezichtsherkenning om in te loggen.

Super! Tot de laatste update! “Volledig rooster” laat precies het zelfde zien als “jouw rooster”. Je moet per maand eerst doorklikken….. dus een “volledig rooster” is niet meer te zien. Heel jammer, en daardoor zit ik nu dus met dubbele diensten. Hartelijk daar voor 🙄

Nu ik toch bezig ben. Waarom komen notities in aangeboden diensten niet mee naar mijn rooster? Beetje waardeloze functie als die notitie niet meer te zien is in mijn rooster.

Conclusie: er is geen 100% functionerende en betrouwbare werkplanner app. L1nda, UseMate…. Ga zo maar door….. helaas kunnen ze het allemaal niet voor elkaar krijgen 😔
