Secure Parking

App glitched out in the morning and said I paid, but obviously didn’t go through in the system. End of the day received a $60 parking ticket due to APP MALFUNCTIONS saying I failed to enter Pay By Plate. Don’t use this app and parking unless it’s last resort!!! Highly unrecommended.

We don’t want it be fancy. But can u just make sure the basic functions work? Maps section is showing nothing. So I have to find the car park from history section.

What a bunch of muppets. How about giving a discount in exchange for receive my funds. Get fu*#ed twits.

Can’t fine New Zealand in drop down list, crappy app and impossible to use/ prepay option. Parking elsewhere until you get it sorted.

5.5 NZD charged, but the message says 5.5 USD??? Do you not have any QA at all?

Very frustrating. Was eventually let out by help desk but app still charging as if I were still parked.

This could be such a great app if it worked properly!!! Great user experience but just errors everywhere!

The functionality to hit quick rebook no longer works and now my preferred car park has vanished from the list of options so I have to go back to the browser experience (also terrible) Add onto the pile the removal of flexi vouchers for QLD customers and I hate this experience

Booking at Secure Parking is next to impossible.

I have deleted and reinstalled this app. Created new profiles. Tried multiple settings and I still get error messages when trying to book. It’s made parking in at SP car parks a no-go for me.
