Who can support the enquiry in China?
Unsure if this is the best place to express my concerns in regards to this app - Secure VPN. I have purchased the whole year prescription since last year and it supposed to be working until August 2024. However, I was unable to use the VPN access in China since March this year and unable to find the support team from your company. I have sent a couple of emails to your provided feedback link but still has not heard anything back from you. How do we go about this? It is truly frustrating. Would appreciate your help or refund if the service is no longer working properly. Regards K
