## Security Nat’l Mobile Banking Reviews in United States

### *---- "doesnt work"
i cant make my credit card payment after days of trying. tried to use the webite, you cant make payments there. app doesnt work
-- Mclovin367, 2025-04-28

### *---- "🤮"
Extremely hard to use and not user friendly at all
-- Paige Rankin, 2025-02-17

### **--- "Absolutely horrible"
How do you make a ‘new and improved’ app but it’s somehow slower & less reliable than an already slow & unreliable app? Some dude in a suit who makes too much money & does nothing probably thought this up to justify his salary. Had to leave the app loading on my phone for 5 mins for it to pull up my statement (and it was NOT my connection, every other app I used was working perfectly). It’s little incompetent things like this that make me more and more willing to switch banks.
-- KatieBinch, 2024-08-12

### ***** "All new app July 29, 2024"
All new app now with more feature - vas improvement from previous app
-- SNB Omaha, 2024-07-29

### **--- "Two cents"
I preferred the snb card command app, the cards feature is convenient because it’s all integrated into one app. I just wished everything in the app felt more streamline and quicker compared to other banking apps.
-- FinanicalFreedom26, 2022-11-16

### *---- "Woooowwwwwww not helpful"
This app has way to many problems. Can get anything done because it doesn’t work most of the time.
-- NawojamthGamez, 2022-10-21

### ***** "Updates are not possible on iPhone 6"
The newest update required 13.0.0 my iPhone 6 only has 12.5.5 so I have spend $1200 for new iPhone before I can access my account! This is a bunch of CRAP!! Maybe Security National Bank wants to buy me a new iphone so I have access to my account!
-- Cash4Chris, 2021-12-07

### **--- "Great when it works"
This app is wonderful when it actually works. Over half the time I try to login I get an error message that says “Attention we are unable to validate your information” and wants me to call the bank. It’s super frustrating.
-- bendrise, 2020-10-30

### *---- "Security questions"
Wants me to ready security questions and when I do burning happens. The app is useless if I can't login. Fix it asap
-- Kineticolive, 2020-03-11

### **--- "Still no FaceID Support"
It’s been over a year and still no sign of faceID support. The app is also not optimized for iPhone X series phones.
-- FritzsCorner, 2018-11-19
