I arm the system each day. The app shows either 1 or 2 units working. I have 3 motion detectors, door contact unit and 5 glass breakage. I have called and after a long call got it up to 3 random units armed. Now back to 1 or 2. Call to discuss? Not when it takes over an hour to get someone to answer and with their heavy accent of some foreign country hard to get anything improved. 
Are they monitored today? Previous system operator would call me to say that something is not working and are sending someone to check it out.

Après 2 visite de technicien, un appel au soutien technique pour régler une porte de garage qui s’ouvre souvent seul. Aucun service de qualité après vente. Contrat vendu comme sans durée fixe demande des frais ridicule pour annuler. Aller chez un autre fournisseur. Caméra de sonette ne permet pas d’emmagasiner ce qui c’est passer durant la journée. Je regrette et ne ferais plus jamais affaire avec Telus.
