Is SecurLOCK Equip legit?
⚠️ The SecurLOCK Equip app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
When it works it’s great- when it doesn’t, it’s a nightmare to work out. This is linked to my bank. There is no way for the back or SecureLock customer service to help you actually become unlocked. You’ll have to delete the app and reinstall it. In the meantime, this is now my third reinstall and the other two are floating somewhere in space. It should not be this difficult. Secure Lock has more than enough information about you to quiz for your security and help reset the password easily. This is not a good way to feel secure when the actual company for the app can’t help.
Lack of Support
I love the concept of this app and it’s features. However, my credit union cannot answer any questions about the apps functionality and I cannot find any contact info for the developer. How can I get in touch with someone about this app?

How are you going to say card is disabled and yet still allow charges to go through? As a result of this my bank account went from $175 to -268! This app is absolutely awful! Costing me over 300 for no reason!
So so
I have had this app for a while and around the same time each year I have to delete the app and redownload it because it would forget my login in information but when it is working it’s a great app that tracks my transactions and allows me to keep an eye on my card. I really enjoy it.

I haven’t been able to find a way to get a hold of anyone I forgot my username and I lost my old phone there isn’t any option for forgot username and there isn’t anything for help its Christmas Eve and my card is locked other then this I’ve never had any issues with this would have given it five stars if not for this

Need an update that doesn’t exist?
After using for a few months and having relatively no issues, I went to unlock a card today to find that “this version is unsupported” and it sent me back to the App Store. However, the app hasn’t been updated in months. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, got the same issue. A sad end to a useful service.
Edit - I found a work around. You have to install the app on a different phone, re-register your cards, then log back in on your main. Luckily I had an old backup phone, but I would suggest fixing that.
Not working
Why is it all of a sudden saying that I need the latest version and then when going to App Store there’s no new version? I can’t login or anything
“App Version”
When I try to log in, it goes straight to saying go to your app you are not on most upgraded version. I went to app and there is not a updated version to get. I called the 800 number only to get, we are unable to take your call due to technical difficulties. Hoping someone helps me correct problem.
