SecuX Wallet App supports the management of digital assets on SecuX hardware wallets. Equipped with an Infineon SLE solid-state flash CC EAL5+ secure element chip, the SecuX hardware wallet securely stores your PIN and private key offline and authorizes transactions if the private key leaves the device forever.

Bluetooth connectivity is established with multiple layers of authentication such as PINs, passwords and one-time passwords to secure transactions such as receiving and sending crypto assets, and checking portfolio balances.

WalletConnect is an open source protocol for connecting decentralised applications to wallets with QR code scanning or deep linking. SecuX Wallet App users can scan the QR code provided by WalletConnect and access many popular DeFi apps using the funds they own in their SecuX Nifty hardware wallet.

I want this wallet to work because I like the hardware device.  It's like they did this as an after thought.  It does not come up reliably and the fix is to uninstall and reinstall.  Please put some quality DevOps towards this wallet interface!!

Opened the app and it’s just says SecuX and no other response 
I uninstalled /reinstalled the app

I restarted the phone 

I uninstalled the app then restarted the phone then reinstalled the app.

No matter what, just says SecuX

App does still open on an my iPhone which has not been updated.  But that’s little comfort.  Transferring my funds elsewhere

App freezes and terminates transactions right after hard wallet “confirms” transaction. App closes automatically once transaction is confirmed on hard wallet end. This is unacceptable. People are trusting these apps to transact with and rely on. No additional message sent explaining the reason I’m getting  “error message.” App terminates transition, freezes, then closes. It’s horrible.
