It would be good if the app could store my info so that I didn’t have to type my name, phone no and email every time I use it. Even the comment may not always be necessary.

Using an iPhone 6 & it continues to crash!

This is a good app but recently the text box is not working so I can’t type my complaint type. iPhone 13 Pro.

Check out OpenLitterMap, it does the same thing and a lot more. Much easier and more fun to use. The app works like a game and has features like teams to score points. Also developed in Ireland

This is an easy to use app. Perfect way to report dumped rubbishy. It could be improved by allowing me to add a photo from my album when I get home. Sometimes there’s no phone coverage when I see dumped black bags.

I’ve used it a few times now and found that the council (Fingal) responds in good time to fix reported issues. Great way to collaborate between public and council services.

Another Civil Service smokescreen service. No response to reports, even weeks later!

I reported serious concrete effluent pollution of SAC land on the 8th of December 2013. My local council were only told about it on the 27th, at which point it was further delayed by people being on holidays. Finally, today the 10th of January, 2014, an officer from the council was sent out to investigate but it was too late as the effluent had been spread by the heavy rains, all over the SAC and was no longer visible. This delay of a month is inexcusable and makes a mockery of this, otherwise fantastic app.

Easy to use and a good idea. Doesn't allow photos to be added from the photo album.
