More importantly, I cannot withdraw funds. Upon entering the OTP sent to my email, error message “Sorry for inconvenience, <br/>This action is not available as of the moment please try again later” appears.

All investments are already fully-funded, your money is just loitering and not growing even a small percentage. Top-up/money towards the app is easy as 123 process and in real time, but withdrawal/money to end-user is very slow, bureaucratic, and takes several business days. I’m uninstalling it soon after I get my money back.
