THIS COMPANY ARE THIEVES
I PAID FOR A FULL YEAR SUBSCRIPTION AND HAVE PROOF OF PURCHASE. LESS THAN TWO WEEKS IN AND THE CLOUD IS NO LONGER ACCESSIBLE AND IT IS ASKING ME TO JOIN / PAY !!!!! THE COMPANY ALSO CONTACTED ME PROMISING A FREE SECURITY CAMERA BULB IN RETURN FOR A POSITIVE REVIEW - AT THE TIME I WAS HAPPY WITH THE NEW CAMERA. SINCE DOING REVIEW ON AMAZON THE GIFT HAS NOT BEEN SENT TO ME EITHER !!!!
Great camera poor service
The camera and quality is great, but after the last update it’s asking me to subscribe again. Sent documents to customer service but can’t get a response after they message saying they will verify, it has been 3 days of no response now. Such a poor service
Terrible Service – Avoid This Chinese Company at All Costs
I recently purchased the Seeing doorbell from Amazon, and while it worked well during the one-month free cloud trial, things went horribly wrong after that. This app is from a Chinese company, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from it. When the trial ended, I opted for the automated renewal and paid £34.99 for a one-year cloud subscription. But just a few days later, the app stopped letting me view or download my footage from the cloud. Instead, every time I tried to access a video, it forced me to watch a 60-second ad—even though I had already paid for the service! To make matters worse, parts of the app sometimes switch to Chinese, which is both confusing and frustrating. I contacted their so-called customer service, but after waiting for days, I still haven’t received any response. Apple also declined my refund request, leaving me out £34.99 for absolutely nothing. This company is a scam. I’ll be filing a complaint with Amazon and leaving a review there as well. Save yourself the frustration and money—avoid this product and company at all costs!

Whilst the app does the simple /basic things well. It is missing key features for any camera app. Main one being scheduling motion detection.
