So I did. After the cash in (Php650 for the consultation fee + Php26 transaction fee), the availability of the doc that I wanted is for the next week. So I tried looking for another one. I wanted to see other doctor’s schedule but if their consultation fee is 1k (not enough cash in on my case), it required me to add budget and go through the process again —> before viewing the schedule of the new doc. I no longer proceed. So I decided to refund my money. Upon request of cash out, the user from the mobile app needs to transfer with the mobile browser version so that you can view the cash out feature. The refund’s processing fee costs Php65 and so, all of the transactions deducted was Php91 without me having consulted a doc for my medical concerns. My refund is in progress though since they don’t have accounting during weekend. I request for the feature enhancement. Kindly let the user view first the available schedule of doctors without requiring for the cash in. Upon booking of the appointment, that’s the time that user must cash in and pay. The app is helpful, yet the problem is that it always lags and doesn’t show any profile pictures... Hope the devs will soon fix this...
