The layout is terrible. Multiple tabs at bottom of screen and multiple buttons to push on main screen that lead to nothing basically. More complicated than it needs to be. If you need information about your scooter just google it. You’ll save a lot of headache

My friends have hiboys and you can feel the rode to much and there app sometimes has connection issues and overall, Segway is just better and I’ve been hearing people say that they’ve been catching on fire not good…I understand that they are a new company but there one of my friends tried to return theirs and get warranty because it’s just stopped working and the even though they were in the one year range for the warranty, they didn’t cover it so I will always stay with Segway.
