Been trying to log in for 2 months but I can’t, application is down. I have no access to the medical reports I requested 2 months ago. The main app page comes up after 3 minutes of waiting and that’s it. Needs heavy improvement.

I fill up all the details requested as per my child’s Emirates ID data. Then they keep on rejecting my application stating that i must upload the correct EID. I even uploaded screenshot. Also, they are unaware that the instruction in their form is “Upload Emirates ID of the Father” so I keep on uploading my husbands emirates ID and even though as a requester I am the mother. Also, i contacted 80050 for assistance but it does provide any options for app support.

### **--- "Very Important Medical Resource in AD"
This App should be able to handle the traffic and has all medical information by your hands. Unfortunately it has lots of bugs and incredibly slow, the App should be updated frequently for how important it is for AD residents and specially locals.

تطبيق مهم بالنسبة للمراجعين حيث يتم استخراج منها بيانات ووثائق مهمة، التطبيق بحاجة ماسة من التطوير الدوري ورفع نسبة استوعاب الازدحام بما يأثر على سرعة الاستجواب والأخطاء التقنية كثيرة. أرجوا منكم الاهتمام بهذا التطبيق وتطويره بحيث يناسب الجميع.

### **--- "Lots of potential but slow and buggy"
SEHA app has so much potential. The dashboard is helpful and nicely laid out.

But the app is a big slow and buggy. PDF for appointments doesn’t load. “Upcoming Appointments” take at least 5 to 10 seconds to load etc.

And it randomly claims “Error! Something went wrong” sometimes.

Also, the SEHA logo in the top is low quality.

I think the app needs to be optimized.

Requesting cocid appointment is a headache
