## Selah Description
Reclaim Your Peace. Reconnect with God.

In a world of infinite scrolling and digital noise, finding a moment for prayer can feel impossible. Selah (formerly MyQuietTime) is your companion in "Digital Fasting," helping you trade moments of
distraction for moments of spiritual renewal.

  HOW IT WORKS:
Instead of relying on willpower alone, Selah acts as a spiritual barrier. You choose which apps distract you most (social media, games, news) and lock them away during your dedicated Quiet Time.

  THE PRAYER SHIELD:
If you try to open a blocked app, Selah intercepts you with a beautiful, full-screen "Prayer Shield." Instead of scrolling, you are invited into a moment of focus and scripture.

  KEY FEATURES:
   * App Blocking: Proactively lock distracting apps to safeguard your time.
   * Mood Check-In: Log your emotions (Anxious, Joyful, Tired, etc.) to bring your whole heart to prayer.
   * Daily Devotional: Anchor your mind with the "Scripture of the Day" and follow a guided interactive prayer experience.
   * The "Amen" Unlock: No complex passwords. Simply complete your prayer and tap "I’ve Prayed Today" to restore access to your apps.
   * Emergency Unlock: Life happens. Access your phone instantly if you truly need it.

  WHY SELAH?
We believe prayer should come before entertainment. Selah helps you build a consistent habit by turning the impulse to "doom scroll" into a habit of prayer.

  100% OFFLINE PRIVACY:
Your spiritual journey is personal. Selah is an offline-first application. We do not track you, we do not require accounts, and your moods, journals, and blocked app lists never leave your device.

Break the cycle. Find your Selah.
