Don’t know if machine or app problem but when I pay $20 for 100 balls and only get 75. That’s a problem. Consistently happening

Thanks for making it easy for purchasing balls. The app is user friendly but I do have one minor issue; it would be great to see past purchases. It seems like I am going through my funds quick. So, keeping track would be nice.

Not able to see transaction history, think I may have been double charged….? Where can I go in the app for support?

Used my LA City muni driving ranges for years until these jackals installed their garbage point of sale systems on the dispensers and data harvesting app (it doxxes you every time you have balls dispensed).

The app/scanner had an error and charged me $12 without dispensing any balls.

Only option at machine was to load dollars on app that i will not use today! Just wanted to practice. So I was able to select one bucket thru app, then put card in to pay. Says dispensing but nothing came out. Cc shows pending charge. After watching attendant try to figure out issue for 15 min.., i just left instead of dealing with issue. If min purchase is now $50 dollars, may explain why driving range was empty

Had to consult reviews to figure out how this app works, or rather doesn’t. Low effort and cheap UX.

Great support team and makes things much better as long as you are using the app as intended.
