## Selective School Year 8 Exams Description
Help your child prepare with confidence for Year 8 / Grade 8–level selective school entrance exams. Victoria examples (Australia):
Melbourne High School, The Mac.Robertson Girls’ High School, Nossal High School, Suzanne Cory High School.
United States examples (selective admissions around Grade 8 → high school entry):
Boston Exam Schools (Boston Latin School, Boston Latin Academy, John D. O’Bryant School) – accept new students for Grades 7 and 9 (many families apply during middle school years).
Chicago Public Schools Selective Enrollment High Schools – applicants for 9th grade typically take the HSAT in 8th grade.
Philadelphia Central High School – selective admission for 9th grade.
