Our mission is to normalize conversation around mental health and provide gentle reminders to our community of their inherent self-worth by emphasizing the importance of self-care in hopes of creating a future in which suicide and self-harm become things of the past.
Given that mental illness can often go undetected, in addition to offering clothing products as conversation starters, we are wanting to provide you all with helpful resources that promote shared awareness and help strengthen everyone's ability to engage in difficult yet necessary and healing conversations with those in your community who may be feeling isolated and unseen.
Everyone here is invited to join us and support one another to care for oneself and others. We hope to empower a community of educated and empathetic humans who are eager to prioritize self-care and share gentle reminders that demonstrate compassion toward one another.

Obsessed with this app!
I was so excited when I heard Self Care Is For Everyone created an app!! It is extremely easy to navigate and has quickly become my go to for all my self care needs to keep me grounded. They have the most inspiring merch designs and a TON of self care ideas for your mind, body and soul.
Notifications I actually leave on
One of the only apps I’m actually excited to get notifications on, because they’re always great reminders to take care of myself and be proud of my hard work. Their shop is 1000x easier to navigate on mobile, and one of my favorite ways to support positive mental health messaging irl. My favorite mental health positive sweater makes me feel supported just cozy at home, or getting a smile or compliment in public.
