## Self Storage App Reviews in United States

### ***** "Easy to use"
I like using this app to make my payment easy.
-- Mrs Matkin, 2025-12-02

### ***** "Great Experience"
Tina has awesome customer service. The app is convenient for me and it’s 24 hrs. Perfect
-- Ang0777, 2025-11-05

### *---- "Too expensive"
For one. They’re too expensive. Then there’s the annoying gate to get through, worst part is trying to leave having to dang near drive off into the bank to get it too open. Rocks are too big in the place. Units get slap full of bugs & bees. If you’re late they now slap a $36 late fee attached to overpriced monthly payment. No I’m happy with them.
-- No longer trust, 2025-10-20

### ***** "Easy Self storage"
These units are very easy to access and the app is the best to have access to your account.
-- Self Storage App, 2025-08-20

### *---- "Bob"
You keep raising the price and than slammed your customers with a bogus insurance cost.
-- Bob-St, 2025-07-01

### *---- "Not user friendly"
Unable to make payments and have had to delete the app several times and still have issues!
-- Eajox, 2025-06-25

### *---- "I do not understand"
I try very hard to keep up on my payments. I have even spoken to the owner ( manager) on the phone. They promised me that my rental was automatically paid each month and yet it is not. I checked online and it said my balance was 0. I am so stressed out! I know I received a letter from them (PIP) but I put it down and now I can’t find it! Well I checked again online again and it said $258 was owed- so I prepared to pay it but when I clicked to pay it said I owed over 400! What is going on? Please please please don’t sell my things.
-- Dreamer5747, 2024-06-30

### ***** "Great service"
Always a pleasure doing business with you.
-- Darren 2146, 2024-06-27

### *---- "Unit 156"
I prefer the automatic payment system over having to remember and submit a payment sooo much it makes me want to move to another storage facility
-- Unit 156, 2024-03-05

### **--- "No Entry"
I downloaded the App to get easier entry but there is no such function on the App. Neither I nor the office could find the function.
