I was originally provided this program through work many years ago. I had tried diets and weight watchers, etc. Nothing stuck until I found Living Lean. It was the only way to understand and conquer cravings so that the cravings disappeared! I periodically need to rewatch this again but I highly recommend it. It’s not about will power. It’s about learning to train your mind not to have cravings. It works! -- 333tfufg333, 2024-12-19 ### *---- "Can’t even get logged into it" I logged into my website account and sent the code link to my phone. I got the text and clicked the link. I entered the code Ang my email but the screen just reloads. -- acooljoe, 2024-08-22 ### *---- "Won’t let me log in" I’m following the instructions on how to log in and the app just keeps displaying the sign in page even after I’ve entered the information. Doesn’t work -- amy1942, 2022-08-26 ### **--- "App doesn’t work" I tried to contact through the website but it’s not easy. Used the app last year fine. This year no luck! Please fix fast! Using the internet version from the phone is complicated too. 😫 -- Jes383, 2022-08-12 ### **--- "I’m an addict and living lardy" My takeaways from the so-called support audio and files. This program has some good content. Calling myself an addict and while I have a choice, I can choose to live lean or live lardy. Seriously. Does Lou think calling users addicts and living lardy really help? And I almost forgot that I’m a slave. The entire program is built on the idea that what we say to ourselves is important and affects us. Then the presenters use this kind of language. Regarding the app… why it has to open safari to play the videos is stupid. Why have an app? Why doesn’t the app let me add the keys to success cards to my apple wallet? I could then easily pull them up rather than waste paper printing out the card. Note that I can’t even print the keys to success cards from the app btw - I’m on the latest version of the app. The message I get it that the pdf can’t be displayed. So I’m just an addicted slave living lardy. Thanks, Lou. -- E86HotWheels, 2022-06-04 ### *---- "Broken" Why are not he PDFs not available? I need a hem to do the lessons but when I try to access them, it says they aren’t available to download. -- BethieMac, 2022-03-05 ### *---- "Never works" Every time I pull up the app I get nothing but a white screen. None of the courses load. App doesn’t stay linked either. -- Lutheria, 2022-01-18 ### *---- "Very disappoining" Not only was this not helpful (livinglean), I now have a new set buzzwords to forget. “I’m fat” being replaced with “I’m a muncher” doesn’t help at all. I don’t recommend this at all! The app is useless, too because it won’t play the videos, which make up most of the program. SAVE YOUR TIME AND $$$$ Edit to developer: you should let the app know that it can play the videos - mine kept switching me to safari which, as I said, makes the app pointless. The main point, however, is how awful the program is. Truly, TRULY, horribly unhelpful. -- linzee365, 2020-12-17 ### ****- "Sleep journal time doesn’t display" Cannot record time so makes the app not so useful if I need to log into a computer anyway. Edit: latest update fixed the issue. Thanks! -- thatbasisguy, 2020-07-29 ### **--- "White on White?" I’m trying to get started with the sleep journal and the time selector comes up white-on-White. By guessing, I can adjust hour and AM/PM, but I give up finding the minutes. Maybe I can update the journal through a browser, but through the app is futile. With ratings this bad, either fix the app or get rid of it. -- Dave D from WV, 2020-07-11 [View all SelfHelpWorks reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## SelfHelpWorks Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/selfhelpworks-zcjg/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/selfhelpworks-zcjg/canada) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/selfhelpworks-zcjg/south-africa) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
