## Sell books with World of Books Reviews in United States

### ***** "Just as promised"
I was a bit spectacle at first with all the bad reviews and was hesitant to send them in. However the service was just as promised and out of 56 books that had been siting around then only denied 2 this service is legit and I’m grateful for that. I recommend this service to anyone who is looking for an environmentally friendly way to make a little bit of cash and get rid of their books!!
-- s a r a h 🌸, 2025-02-01

### ***** "Easy process"
Definitely enjoy scanning my older books for cash! Thanks
-- robinleigh, 2025-01-30

### *---- "Scam"
Scam. They rebranded and changed their name, to cover up previous bad reviews; I see it didn’t take long for their reputation to follow them.
-- Meighan R., 2025-01-28

### **--- "Older books"
I have books that are not even made anymore. Sets that are not made anymore. These sets and books do not have barcodes. I can’t get past the scan to be able to sell the book. I guess this app isn’t for me.
-- I’m Deb, 2025-01-25

### ***** "The service delivered exactly what was promised."
Let me state it simply: The service delivered exactly what was promised.

I scanned books, CDs and DVDs. The app told me what it would pay for the item or when it would not pay anything and I should not send the item. I packed them in a recycled box, slapped the FedEx label they had emailed on the box, and the nice FedEx guy took it with other packages from my building. Seven days later, I received the payment. No fuss. It could not have been easier.

I love what they are doing and why they are doing it, and I appreciate the environmental impact this could have if more people did this instead of trashing their books and old media. Try it, people.
-- jeffersonst, 2025-01-22

### *---- "Rip-off prices offered"
Literally 50 cents for most. For hardcovers. And not obscure authors/titles either. These guys make Half Price Books look generous, and that’s saying something.

I will give books to local charity before accepting such ridiculous prices from a reseller.
-- Cheetohead, 2025-01-16

### *---- "Will tell you your books are damaged"
Sent in some books a couple of different times. Cheap books that I couldn’t sell anywhere else so I didn’t care about. Did that to try out this company and didn’t have any problems. Those they accepted no problem and I got paid no problem. Books dropping the books off at goodwill. But now that I sent in some more expensive books and used a code to get more money back, they are now telling me they are rejecting my books for excessive damage (they were in perfect condition!) and they cannot pay me or send me my books back! And of course the only books they are rejecting are the ones that are worth more than a few bucks. Guaranteed those books will be sold on their site at a high price. They are scammers and cheats!
-- Menalderson, 2025-01-09

### *---- "Be careful"
Last month I sent a new text book that I didn’t even open and was offered $80 for it. When I sent the book it took almost 2 weeks before they even sent me an email saying they received. They then sent me an email saying the book was rejected because it’s a fake even though I bought it from Barnes & Noble’s and still have the receipt. On top of all that, their policy states that they do not return rejected books, which means they have a free book to sell and I was just robbed. DO NOT USE RHIS APP!
-- VictorR429, 2025-01-06

### *---- "Not what is advertise in any of the ads up?"
All the ads and other reviews that I’ve seen about this app say that it’s amazing that you can sell your books for a good price and so on, but so far my experience is that it’s really crappy wish it could be improved
-- MoonBlaed, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Thieves"
Twice I’ve sent a book that was in perfect condition and it was the highest payout on my order and they denied it and didnt pay me for it. And they also don’t return the book to u. Went back and forth and they said according to their terms and conditions they dont engage and answer my emails and basically im beat. They’re liars and they steal
