Love this training tool!  Keeps us up to date on all the new items we are selling and lets us service the customer better everyday!  Winning cool prizes is just the icing on the cake.

Not entirely sure how often this gets updated, but it definitely needs some kind of maintenance. The app won’t properly load up courses when they are released, opening the app forces a pop-up reward to spawn that I have no interest in using currently, needing to verify my location as well makes the entire app lag out when trying to download new courses, and after finishing a course, I have to click through multiple screens to get back to the homepage, even when selecting home. I don’t know if these are new issues that you folks are not aware of or just issues that you refuse to handle, but it does make using the app very difficult. I’m not even going to bother making a comment about the gravity game. I understand things aren’t perfect, but I’m pretty sure these kind of issues aren’t supposed to be happening.

Update: you seriously do not need to have my location. I do not care what your reason is you do not need my location. I will be uninstalling this app and using the web version because again, YOU DON’T NEED MY LOCATION

Courses take forever to load, notifications pop up saying there are insight surveys to take, but when you click on the notification, there is nothing in the insight tab.

The Gravity “game” algorithm is made to ensure you NEVER win. I put 100s of play points into this game and have never won a single time.

Love this app as it keeps me up to date with new promotions and products being offered in the store. I like that I get to express my opinion as to suggestions for brands that I would like to see offered for sale. The opportunity to win discounts on products is wonderful and the chance to win gift cards is very exciting. This app is a great tool and highly recommend it to all employees to participate in its options of use.

The playzone is the biggest scam. Hundreds of ‘tokens’ earned and never hit on a single thing, just constant ‘try again’. The courses are repetitive, half the time the quiz asks something never mentioned in the lesson. No incentive to use your free time when it seems it only benefits your workplace.

It’s very informative, but it needs to be updated. The courses that you take don’t automatically go back to the main menu when you get your certificate, so you have to hit the back button multiple times to get back to the main screen. Also when you’re done talking a quiz, if you hit the home button it gives me my profile settings menu?, that’s odd. Seems like a glitch. I’m running it on iPhone 14. I like everything else about the app.
