No longer will riders have to guess the position of their camera, simply check the viewpoint on your smartphone with the Sena Camera App. In addition to conveniently previewing the video from your Sena camera device, riders may also instantly download the content to their smartphone. Sharing your adventures with friends has never been easier, the Sena Camera App offers a new level of connectivity.

 

GETTING THE PERFECT SHOT HAS NEVER BEEN THIS EASY

MAKE ADJUSTMENTS ON THE FLY WITH ACCESS TO YOUR CAMERA’S SETTINGS

The Sena Camera App allows riders to adjust many of their camera’s settings instantly, within the app. The settings that are accessible within the Camera App include changing the video mode, between video and loop recording mode, changing the video resolution settings (1080p/30fps, 1080p/60fps, 1440p/30fps), and changing the level of the speaker sound recording. Riders may also easily adjust the WiFi settings, format their SD card, put the camera in sleep mode, or adjust the date caption all within the App.

It DOES NOT CONNECT TO THE PHONE!  Garbage!   No matter how many times you try, there is no connecting the camera to your phone.  Nothing on their websites for the camera app…or even viewing your videos!   Horrible.  No one to call.

Yes I turn the camera on.

It reminds me of early 2000’s software. The camera is pretty nice if it would actually record. Takes me about three minutes to connect via wifi for some reason I do not understand. Once your in the app and you click record you would think it would idk record, but it doesn’t. I could’ve bought something for half the price and been better off.

Try to connect WiFi to iPhone 5 or iPhone 11 , it is working good, but when try to connect WiFi to iPhone 14 it is not working, has messaged ( no internet connection). Contacted to Sena tech support, booo they are not understood the problem, they didn’t know how to fixed.

The app used to allow me to open videos and check the live camera feed. Now whenever I try to open the videos in my gallery it says “your input can’t be opened”. This must be a software issue because I have two 10c evos and they both have this issue. I’ve updated both units to the latest software 1.7 and redownloaded the app. Still nothing. Please update the app!

I was gifted a 50c through my work and have spent countless hours trying to get the camera app to function. The app will sometimes show a preview of the camera, but as soon as you attempt anything else (record, settings, files, etc) I get the “spinning wheel of death” and it simply locks up. 

Since this has happened “out of the box”, I’m unable to adjust any settings for the camera. Why Sena locks all camera setting adjustments to an app that doesn’t work is beyond me. I wish there was an alternative to at least setting the camera up and recording, but there is not. I have even tried manually recording through the device itself and checking the SD card on a computer, but there is nothing there. 

Since the app is the only way to make use of the camera, and the app does not work, the camera is useless. 

I can however pair the 50c to my phone and use it for music. But then again, I could have gotten a different (cheaper) device to do that.

This app is useless for anything other than camera settings. Downloaded in hopes of easy way to transfer pictures to iPhone, No Go! If you connect it will be pure dumb luck if app can even find the media on the SD card. Best to,look elsewhere for transfer of video and pictures from SD to long term storage

This app only worked literally the first day I got it. After that, it’s no good. Headset constantly disconnects from the phone, because you need to have it connected through WiFi instead of Bluetooth for it to work. And the app freezes a lot. It also doesn’t let you delete anything, idk why. And also, you’ll record, think you’re recording and press stop when you’re done. Next thing you know, not a single thing was recorded. And with the constant freezing, it’s not worth even using. I wish I could return my 50c, never again will buy a Sena product again.

Sena tech is absolute garbage. Trash. Not worth it. Works randomly. Camera turns on/off by itself (10cpro). Upload time is worse than 1:1. That’s if you can manage to connect it to the app. Why can’t you just plug it into a computer and download the video there????? I’ve had more headache time than proper operating time. Oooff the programming is baaaaddddd. I’ve had the both the 10C and 10CPro. The camera app is useless, if it actually connects (which it probably will not) it will disconnect while transferring video at dial-up speeds, this failure is inevitable. Their website is terrible and mostly doesn’t function, a feature that’s beneficial when your customer service is non-existent. If you do manage to use their community forum you’ll find that Sena typically ignores any inquiry or at best displays a copy and paste message that has nothing to do with the problem you’re dealing with.

If you already bought a Sena product then I am sorry you didn’t see this review earlier. Maybe there’s a chance you can return it.
