I bought this simply to talk a fellow passenger, and Bluetooth music while riding. I paid a lot of money for an intercom system. After buying the system, now I am told by your privacy policy that every bit of data the app can scrape, including people, I associate with, interactions I have on unrelated applications, and events, and even tracking real time my movements must be agreed to to use the product that I paid for. This is exploitation, and is dishonest in the sense that I paid for a product that I now cannot use, without paying again by forfeiting my privacy, and submitting to surveillance. After reading the privacy policy, I do not see an opt out link. This is unacceptable. Is there a solution that I was not able to find? If there is no solution, then a full refund is the only acceptable alternative. If a customer wishes to agree to surveillance, that is their choice, but they should always have the ability to opt out if not.
