I have been using this App since it was released. I have never had any issues contacting customer service and getting my issues resolved. Worldremit recently bought them and the customer services went downhill. 

I’ve tried to contact customer service to update my phone number because I can’t log in without the verification code. The wait time was more than 2hrs. I stopped and sent an email. No one has replied so far. 

I have a terrible track record with worldremit. They deactivated my account without notice years ago. They wouldn’t tell me the reason. 

Look, I’m just trying to send money to family conveniently. You make money. That’s business. Your developers need to make updating personal information accessible to customers instead of having to call your unreliable customer service.

I always use this app to send money back home but suddenly it's not letting me send anymore and wants me to contact my bank bc I used a Mastercard debit account which is the same debit card that I have been using to send money back home. Every inquiry about the hold was met with blame-shifting to their partners in the recipient's location. Cancellation attempts were stalled with a 48-hour waiting period, leaving me uncertain about the status.

I've endured this twice, with no clear processing timeline. The unhelpful and inefficient customer service has only added to my frustration.

I strongly warn against using this app, as the chronic delays and poor service suggest potential scam activity. To avoid similar issues, I recommend exploring alternative transfer methods.

First of all I’m satisfied with Sendwave Transfers and No doubt on that.

But the issue what I’m facing is Your Website gives a higher rate and App gives a low rate,
And the customer care agent says that just an intro for new customers to download app and do their first transaction with higher rate… means the regular customers who continuously send money through the app are not important to you’ll. ???

Secondly get us away that we will be getting notifications with Sendwave Rates updates.. that would be at-least helpful to us to monitor and send money accordingly.
