Because you won’t be able to play back videos just watch Live if you even get it to pair . Oh and once it’s paired it will work once in a blue moon and the other times you will get an error “Failed to connect to server” if you purchased a product that works with this app and intend to use it then return it if you can and get a google camera instead . -- zeek2115, 2025-12-22 ### *---- "Sengled" I can’t write enough four letter words to describe my disappointment. I wish I could submit this without selecting a star. -- disappointed 274,286,274,299, 2025-09-16 ### *---- "Sengled Snap" We have been trying to reach this company and for whatever reason they have not been able to get through unfortunately we will have to cancel the service because of no service for a few weeks at least let the customers know the issues your company is having. -- N&SBam, 2025-08-26 ### ***-- "Amazing floodlight camera" Unfortunately Sengled app goes down and leaves customers without knowing why or when it will be up again!- I’ve been waiting for a month to hear why and when it will be back- leaving no choice but to move on to another company- as a paying member it has really horrible customer service- an automated response doesn’t answer questions- but if the app was running I’d stay with it… it’s good when it’s good -- A 10 yr app acquaintance, 2025-08-18 ### *---- "Loved this app at one time" Like others said one day it just stopped working. No email responses and updates available in years. Landscape or horizontal doesn’t even show you the entire view it’s a mess but my lights still turn on like clock work despite the app being completely blank and saying gateway error. I can’t adjust the time or view the camera but at least they are still turning on. -- Iphone4Lola, 2025-08-14 ### *---- "Bad gateway and time out" Not sure if they changed their apps. I can no longer log into my account with the app. There is a new app call Sengled home I might give that a try. -- Amensmasher, 2025-08-06 ### *---- "No customer service" Company is out of business do not buy any more products. -- John Balm, 2025-08-06 ### *---- "Video no longer records" I have had my flood light camera for years just in the past month it quits recording. First time came back on after a week. This time won’t record. I’ve tried rebooting, unplugging. Nothing helps. I won’t be buying sengled again. I need to cancel my membership. So bummed. -- 430jc, 2025-08-01 [View all Sengled Snap reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Sengled Snap - [Hue Lights](https://apptail.io/app/hue-lights-ume/united-states) - [Homey — A better smart home](https://apptail.io/app/homey-a-better-smart-home-AOp/united-states) - [BAZZ Smart Home](https://apptail.io/app/bazz-smart-home-KaU/united-states) - [Canary - Smart Home Security](https://apptail.io/app/canary-smart-home-security-ndW/united-states) - [LED: Light Controller](https://apptail.io/app/led-light-controller-OMjg/united-states) - [Ooma Smart Security](https://apptail.io/app/ooma-smart-security-MhRh/united-states) - [Vilo](https://apptail.io/app/vilo-Ynbj/united-states) - [Kuna Smart Home Security](https://apptail.io/app/kuna-smart-home-security-Vubj/united-states) - [Weiser Premis Smart Lock](https://apptail.io/app/weiser-premis-smart-lock-YwOk/united-states) - [Hubitat Elevation](https://apptail.io/app/hubitat-elevation-ECvq/united-states) ## Sengled Snap Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/australia) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/canada) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/china) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/mexico) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/new-zealand) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/japan) - [Jamaica](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/jamaica) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/algeria) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/ecuador) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/egypt) - [Grenada](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/grenada) - [Ghana](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/ghana) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/indonesia) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/israel) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/kazakhstan) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/nigeria) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/vietnam) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/argentina) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/azerbaijan) - [Barbados](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/barbados) - [Bahrain](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/bahrain) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/brazil) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/chile) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/colombia) - [Venezuela](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/venezuela) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/united-arab-emirates) - [Panama](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/panama) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/pakistan) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/saudi-arabia) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/singapore) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/thailand) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/taiwan) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/germany) - [Belize](https://apptail.io/app/sengled-snap-pRig/belize) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
