Unable to pass update IC&info
Been trying to set this up again for more than a month, to no avail. App keeps on hanging (not loading - blank white screen), each time after updating IC picture. Come on, we paid for the membership, at least give us a decent app to view receipts etc.
Not user friendly
First time writing a bad review for an app… it was frustrating to use this app. Some pages won’t load and after adding items to the cart, I press on the cart, there’s nothing in my cart. Also it seems like there’s no category. When I click on category tab, they only suggest me items but it doesn’t break down items based on sub-category. What’s the point of me clicking into category when I can’t find items within specific category…
App unstable and does not store current purchases
Unable to open “Profile” tab and window glitches always pulls back to main window
Missing Scoins
Cannot see scoins expiry date n it gets burn out. Customer service staff ignoring emails. Worst apps. Credit card, bonus link etc inform customer in expiry date so we can plan but not Seng Heng

Always not able to show the item selected. Solution to uninstall and install again and again?
The app is getting better
Senheng app is getting better and improved over time. Now can even buying varieties of goods on the apps.
Poor UX and impossible to use
Is it so difficult to consider implementing proper useful filters? It is impossible to find anything even though we have identified the item offline in the stores! Items are not even properly categorized. Ridiculous!!!!
