It does what it needs to for me without powering off headset (momentum 4). Powering off will lose all settings and reset, which is not good for a wireless headset but I can live with that… The ANC could be better, I’m not sure if that is hardware or software.

I wish there was a remember last settings I hate having to adjust every time I put them on. Or have away to have transparency on until I turn it off.
App is very easy to use, surprised me that you could use a equalizer! earns a 5.
Can’t get it to ever connect to my phone and even opening the app and getting past selecting the device is difficult. I can only select it and it actually loads 50% of the time.
If I could, everyone involved with this would’ve disappeared from their own doing long ago.
So very disappointed in Sennheiser these days. This app will “find” my Momentum 2 headphones, congratulate itself, and then tell me I have no devices added. Can’t even figure out how much charge I have left on these stupid things. I reached out to CS two weeks ago for an additional issue and got a response 8 days later with a non-resolution as well. Kafkaesque. I think it’s telling that all the positive reviews indicate that this is a “step in the right direction.” As a user base, our standards are through the floor. I won’t be buying Sennheiser products anymore once these headphones inevitably kick it. Congrats, you’ve lost a longtime customer.
App keeps crashing on my IPhone 15 pro with latest updates or it gets stuck in a loop and you can’t get out of it for the price you would think they would have a better app. Guess they don’t care about their customers. Going with a better brand next time
The app won’t allow me to change bewteeen anti wind and regular noise cancelling most of the time. Just completely unresponsive. Occasionally it works, 90% it doesn’t
The fact I was excited to buy these (at the airport) only to spend half my flight trying to connect to an unusable app makes me believe no one at this company bothers to test stuff before they ship. It's maddening that over a year after release, the headphones will not connect without searching for solutions on third party sites. I will return them when I get back.
