With the Sensely app, patients have several options (depending on their provider) including:
- checking symptoms and connecting with someone if necessary
- managing chronic conditions such as Heart Failure, Diabetes, Asthma, and COPD
- receiving self-care from a rich repository of medical knowledge
- scheduling in-person clinician appointments
- locations of the nearest pharmacies, access to other medical professionals
- Sensely may also request health data from HealthKit, for use in assessments to offer personalized advice.

Hard to find many positives about this. The overall performance is way too slow, even for typing. Appointment booking system appears to be almost unusable. Symptom checker takes way too long, with too many questions. Emails poorly formatted and difficult to read. No way to request repeat prescriptions. The whole thing is so slow and cumbersome I suspect most people would give up and pick up the phone. And for completeness, the Settings page is empty, and the feedback process needs to be expanded. I know it's a trial, but it's a long way from "prime time".

Went to book an appointment, it failed to give me any times then simply offered to put me through to my GP anyway..... Useless. The way you navigate too make an appointment takes too long having to listen to the lady speak each time. Great idea but poorly executed.
