What happened to the message board?

Why is there no option to send an electronic message to my doctor following an appointment?

I’m busy and I know my providers are busy. I love that we can communicate with each other when we are not busy at our convenience. I also like that I can go back and review lab results, after visit summaries, immunizations, etc.

It’s impossible to pay my bill online. I have to call to make payments.

I can no longer view my test results on the app since the update, it says it’s loading them and then never does. Tried closing out the app and reopening, and nothing is helping. Now I have to login to the website, which defeats the purpose of the app. Please fix this so I can download & use it again.

This helps me to keep up with my appointments and daughters. It’s nice being able to view the results because sometimes you forget part of the results if it’s a phone call. Happy I am able to keep up much better than before when we had no chart to review tests, diagnose, comments. Thank you!

So easy to use! Super convenient and thorough! I love how quickly I get responded to after I write a note! I wish the military portal was as user friendly as this.

I absolutely love this app!!! I can see my lab history, know when labs are in without waiting for a call from my doctor. I can see my discharge paperwork. Send messages to my doctor and they respond, which is soooo much better than calling the office. I am very dependent on this app and I love the fact that I can view all appointments and at a click of a button it adds it to my calendar and I don’t forget appts.

I am not able to leave a message like I used to . . . I want to choose a provider and leave a message . . . That does not appear to be an option anymore . . .
