서울 지하철을 이용하는 모든 시민의 안전하고 편리한 이동을 지원합니다.

■ 주요 서비스 안내

1. 열차 내 안전/불편 신고
- 승차 중인 열차 위치 파악을 통해 신속하고 정확한 민원 접수 가능
- 위급 상황 발생 시 지하철보안관, 고객센터, 112(지하철경찰대)와 연계하여 신속 대응
- 폭행, 응급환자 등 긴급/안전 신고 및 소란, 안내방송 음량 등 질서저해·불편 신고 기능
* 열차 내 비콘 서비스 종료에 따라 자동 위치 인식 기능이 호차(칸) 번호 직접 입력 방식으로 전환 운영됩니다.('26. 6. 30~)

2. 실시간 열차 운행 정보
- 실시간 열차 위치 및 이용 경로 안내, 전국 도시철도 노선도 제공
- 열차 장애, 운행 중단 등 긴급 상황 발생 시 즉시 푸시(PUSH) 알림 제공
- 열차 서행 구간 정보 등 열차 이용 맞춤형 정보 제공
