I hate this app af first I had 853 pounds spent on 33 products so I deleted till I got to 11 563 pounds it told me to pick 2 free samples so I did and then I thoooed to see if it was playing a game with me and saw if the price went up to my surprise it didn’t so I also saw there was no free shipping so because it was out of my price range I got Down to 1 product for 19.00 and then the shippping went up and 1 got no free sample what a scam
So I’ve bought from sephora stores in other countries like france and italy and it has always been fine but I recently placed an order for over £100 on 23th December and it gave me an estimate date but the packageNEVER ARRIVED, I could only see that it had been dispatched but no other tracking information was given, I put a complaint that I never received my package, they said they would send out a replacement but I haven’t received any tracking or confirmation again There is also genuinely no easy way of contacting customer service, it’s honestly horrendous shopping from this app in this country, I’m not even sure what to do now since it was a Christmas/New Years present for my father but now my money has been wasted too and I have nothing to give to him, I’m genuinely so disheartened as I saved up that money to get him a good perfume for this occasion :(

Preferred feel unique interface, app slow , doesn't rotate , buggy images are distorted blurred and doesn't fit the screen.search is poor limited options to search under What is it about big beauty companies, you boots ,look fantastic etcetera all the apps are terrible. Beauty not worth a decent app then ?
Hii I just want to say I wanted to try the Sephora app but I saw it has alot of mixed reviews and idk why because I have had it for months and never had a problem and you can also pick two of your favourite brands to get 10% off for everytime you order them I really don’t know why some of the reviews are bad because this app is really good!😁

I have perfect internet/wifi and it keeps on saying no internet! I don’t now if it’s my phone or the actual app if it is the app please could it get sorted 😊and like I say I haven’t (couldn’t ) gone on it yet so when I can I’ll rate my experience 😃😊
I think it’s a smart idea if at Christmas time everything is 25% off because it brrings more sales if it’s 25% off on everything everyone will be trying to grab everything at once the more and more people who buy the more sales and money you earn but if you keep it at it natural high price the less likely people are going to buy more or other things around the same please consider it for example some laneige are 25% off why just not make all of them 25% off it’s more efficient and effective I think that this need d to be done in shops to thank you for reading please be sure to answer thank you again.
