I use to use the app all the time which I loved because most stores I went to didn’t have as much as a variety and I always got 2 samples with me orders which I didn’t get in stores. Now it’s not allowing me to input my Canadian address. So weird. Your ruining shopping for your Canadian shoppers. Fix the app so we can use it as well.
I’ve been waiting for about two weeks it said I would originally arrive on January 2 and the January 3 and now we go all the way moved to January 6
Impossible to add sample at purchase time : page is buging when we select them.
The app should have a filter to let you shop categories and see in stock products only. Especially the Sales and Bundles/Giftset since products sell out so quickly.

You need to allow more than 90 items in your cart. It’s so annoying when you hit the 90 items limit and every time you go to put something else in your cart a pop up message comes up saying sorry you have 90 items in your Sephora cart to add something else you have to remove something. But other than that this app is amazing. That is why I have to give you 4 instead of 5 star review. Thanks hope you can fix it.
Ne commander pas le temps que poste canada eat en greve car apres passer un mois mon colis qui est um cadeau de noel est toujours pris a la poste car il envoie toujours avec cette compagnie meme si ses en greve!!! Tres decu du service!!!
