However, now I'm faced with a serious problem: when setting a route to work, the app only shows the option of walking. I used to be able to see bus routes, which helped me plan the time to leave the house in order to make it to the bus stop. It's impossible to do this right now – the app doesn't display any options other than walking. All filters are set correctly to show all possible routes, but it doesn't help. In addition, the map no longer shows the movement of buses in real time, which also makes it very difficult to use. Please fix these issues. Not only are my saved daily travel route gone but it’s even harder to understand the app. I work in IT so it’s easier for me to learn and understand interfaces. This is god awful! The last interface was ok at best, and it was easier to understand. The trip search doesn’t work. All it gives me is walking time no matter what mode of transport I choose; whether I select one, all, or none. The schedule is inaccurate as well. I have to switch inbound and outbound in order to get it to work properly and even then, I’m not getting the times I need. I have to resort to Google maps to see the immediate train schedule. Neither apps are accurate with delays but even the old version delays were inaccurate. The only thing this app is good for is managing my Key Card. A terrible app made worse. Why is it impossible for me to find the time trains arrive to take me to my destination without a specific rail line. It provided realtime, graphic locations of any bus or trolley. This information is invaluable in determining the best way to get to your destination. Showing a schedule is not helpful. It is static information that can be obtained anytime. Was the idea to dummy down the app for tourists and suburbanites? Have all the GPS systems been removed from the vehicles? Having the duration being the most bold text on the page keeps making me think it’s that long until a bus comes. Checking the schedules this morning the front page where I saved my most used routes told me one time but the schedules tab told me a completely different time to expect the bus and the schedules tab ended up being the correct one. That’s not helpful.
