Serial Reader: Daily Book Bits

Your app promised me I would get a new issue at the time I set. So I set it for 9 am to get a new issue of Aesop’s Fables, and I never got it this morning. Instead, it said I had to wait another 24 hours. I don’t care if it only is two dollars to upgrade, I thought this feature was free. So I think I’ll just forget it and read somewhere else

I love this app. I used it during Covid and recently re-downloaded it to tackle some classics that have been on my TBR for a long time. I love that the books are released in small serial sizes, it makes tackling a long classic literature novel less daunting. 10/10 I recommend.

This is my favorite app of all time and I’m not being hyperbolic. It has increased how much I read and the breadth of what I read. My favorite part is that it doesn’t track me and is local. I look forward to my serial every day.

Serial reader is a terrific app to have especially if you’ve always wanted to read some classic literature but haven’t had the time. I just finished Bleak House by Charles Dickens which is one of several books I’ve read this year. I can read while waiting in line at a store, in the waiting room at the doctor’s office, etc. I highly recommend it!

I think the app is great and have enjoyed many of its features. I would ask that you add an ability to mark books you have already read before using the app as finished. Would be a great way to track them all. Thanks!

I adore the Serial Reader app! I downloaded it to read Pride & Prednudice for the first time and can’t wait to read more classics. The serials it sends each day are a great length and helped me get into classics. The app is wonderful for seasoned and new readers alike.

Classic literature can often be daunting, but serialized versions make it so much more palatable.

I have several books to read for school. This app keeps me on track. The additional features are definitely worth the one-time cost to upgrade. Thank you!
