## Serta MP Remote Reviews in United States

### *---- "Awful"
Doesn’t stay connected to my bed, every time I tried to use it it would tell me no device connected and I would have to reconnect it, now it’s not even doing that, just awful and a waste of time
-- now we need a friggin nickname, 2024-10-11

### **--- "Uhhh"
Is there something wrong with the coding because it said scan stoped
-- blahyasada ?, 2024-06-20

### ***-- "Please update the app"
Ever since my iOS updated my remote won’t find the Bluetooth for the bed and it’s acting crazy.
-- Pookiekara, 2021-12-09

### **--- "The lights don’t indicate how long massage will operate anymore"
The app is no longer fully functional since the last update. I’ve been patient but obviously this is not a priority.
-- jadebrandi, 2021-10-13

### **--- "Missing features"
First, the timer lights don’t illuminate any more on the app. Second, I want to the timer to Be customizable more than 30 minutes max. This should have some smart features so I’m not fumbling throughout the night. I want to fully program the way I want to sleep. I might start in zero G but switch to flat at some point throughout the night.
-- Shanne69, 2021-05-28

### ****- "Duration lights"
Ever sense the update the duration lights on the main page do not light up (10 min, 20 min, & 30 min) ; located at the top of the page.

Just FYI

Otherwise, love the app.
-- HardNerd1996, 2021-05-21

### ****- "Bug in new release"
The dot to indicate selection no longer lights up. Fortunately I know how to make things work but a new user would not. But I prefer using the app to the Serta provided control. Hope the fix comes soon.
-- LynnMidwest, 2021-05-09

### ***-- "Still needs some help. Dark mode."
The main screen is fine. BUT you can’t read anything on the settings page (in dark mode) and if you have pick it yourself all black except for the tiny numbers that means nothing to most people (me being one of those people). Alot some times it will disconnect as soon as I touch the screen, then it will reconnect. This will repeat over and over when that starts I have to manually pick it, in dark mode good luck with that. So please do a 1.03 or a 1.02a
-- wedew, 2021-05-06

### **--- "Could be useful, but needs work"
The device doesn’t automatically find my bed so I have to select it, but the latest update changed the font so that the font is black and the device name can’t be seen. I have to basically trial and error until I find the correct device. Not always fun when you’re just trying to get you’re be to be flat.
-- Ashlayflo, 2021-05-03

### ***-- "Update"
L as t update lost timer indicator for messages
