Hi. Sorry to leave this as a review but I’m evaluating ServerCat on the free trial and am unable to add my own servers. Reporting a quality issue through the App Store is not enabled so have resorted to this. When I try to add my own servers to the app I get an error ‘The model configuration used to open the store is incompatible with the one that was used to create the store.’ App version is 1.14(498) and I’m running it on an iPad Air (5th generation), model MM713B/A, running iPadOS 18.3 (22D63). I’d appreciate any he you can offer with this blocking issue. 100% repeatable on first run of the app and after force quitting and relaunching. Have not tried rebooting iPad at time of writing.

If I didn’t main windows sever this app would be perfect. The £20 lifetime premium is a great addition.

It says SSH terminal, except the terminal capability is exclusively a premium limited feature. Also, the server status dumps with graphs and numbers seem perfect as widgets, so why aren’t they home-screen widgets? Seems like a missed opportunity.

ServerCat just works and its server stats and process info can't be beaten. The only problem I have is that there is no way to contact the developers. There is no contact info on their website. Please provide a support email or web form for paying subscribers.

It is mostly perfect, but it will force close sometimes, which might be annoying. It could be better to also have an SFTP feature.

App is very good but new icon doesn't suit into the current design system so it looks really bad

Beautifully designed app, am very happy with the price compared to other apps offering less functionality. Developer responds to feedback and seems happy to consider roadmap items - if copy/paste support for external keyboards is added I think we have the perfect SSH client!

An absolutely amazing app, upgrading to pro in 100% worth it. The ssh terminal is fast and compatible with most things you could do with a PC based terminal like putty. It would be really nice if we could get left right arrow key support and widgets to allow us to see our servers status at a glance. Can’t wait to see where this app goes next!
