I reinstall this app every few months hoping it has been made functional. Sadly it has only worked a few times, and that years ago. Now it doesn’t allow to accomplish anything. I am tech forward and prefer to work digitally, but in this case I always end up checking in&out by dialing the phone #.

All is okay but when making a ticket on this app with photos, it will say that it’s failed or the photos won’t load but if you go back it will show up with the photos and ticket. Just needs some bug improvements all over especially when checking in a ticket it won’t load unless you refresh the screen.

This app is not user-friendly and frequently displays error codes, leading to wasted time when trying to enter services. It consistently fails to function as expected, making it difficult to complete tasks efficiently. Out of the five apps we are required to use for snow removal services, this is by far the worst. A more reliable and streamlined system is badly needed.
