App is great and helps make the request submission process faster and easier except the attachment feature stopped working on my app. It allows me to attach pictures and documents not once opens, they do not show up.
Great app
Ive been trying to give this app a chance, because the android version works moderately well. I cant do it anymore. The iOS version is too buggy. Now i’m not able to assign tickets to my technicians. The apps just crashes when managing assets. Its just not worth the headache anymore, which is unfortunate because the Android version works so much better, why cant the iOS version catch up.
Doesn’t work and support can’t figure out why. Ridiculous.
I don’t normally write bad reviews. Normally, I just rate and move on after deleting it. THIS program however, was an absolute waste of time. Unable to sort or filter properly. No ability to create or modify the filter views. I was hoping to like it since my company uses it.
Just give me the web app, this app here is absolutely useless. If websites worked, you would not need an app.
With each version, this app gets less usable. I’m losing functionality and now have cases that I can’t even see the descriptions for. I used to fall back to the web app if I had issues with the native app, but I’m completely blocked from the web app from a mobile device (can’t even get to the desktop version from the mobile device).
Has all the basic features needed except one, CMDB. There is access to Assets but not configuration data which is needed when in the field. When will this be added to the mobile app?
After your last update. The ipad app does not work in landscape mode. It is super hard to use. The website does not support mobile. So my only choice is to fight with it or wait until I can get to a computer.
