I want to like this app, but I can’t. It is not efficient. It’s not friendly on the road. It constantly times out and seizes up. Capping people at five images per load is ridiculous. There’s a lot of things you can’t do which you need a computer to do.

The app drains battery and has more bugs than any app I’ve ever used. 
Restarts, logs out, antiquated processes.  
I hate this app with all my heart but for ed to use it.

This app is absolutely terrible constantly having issues uploading photos onto work orders. The system seems to have some sort of network issue blaming it on cell service constantly deletes uploaded photos and notes. If you run a professional business stay far away it will save you and your company, employees, massive headaches.

The app and website both have SO many glitches that cause me to spend a ridiculous amount of extra time fixing things that should be automated every week.

The whole app/website is down AGAIN today and I have 6 technicals out on the road that rely on this to do all of their jobs. This is going to ruin our schedule for the whole week. Not to mention all of their jobs time and money we are wasting every time something like this happens.

As part of a franchise I am forced to use this app but it is the worst part of my day every single day.

Month old phone. App won’t open. Locked out of what I need for work. 

If it does work it is antiquated and buggy. 

My employer has chosen this app it has cost him lots of grief, and most of all money. All these bug play out time I’m paid waiting for the app to work so I can start or complete my job.

I have been using serviceminder for several years now and have never been less than happy. It has increased my efficiency in working with and serving my clients.  The staff has been top-notch and is always quick to respond to my questions and requests. The platform is ever evolving and I feel like I get the benefit of being a part of something that is larger than just the service I provide.  Features such as 2-way texting, client notifications and marketing has helped to take my business to the next level.  It's like having my own personal assistant right in my pocket every day.
