ServiceWA is provided by the WA Government to help people connect with WA State Government services. It is designed for Australian residents or citizens who live in WA, do business here, or are visiting WA.

The ServiceWA app allows you to activate and access select WA Government services in one place.

The App may require you to enable camera or location services based on the service that you enable.

Doesn’t load past the splash / on-boarding screen.

Who thought this was a good idea

I would rather shove 47 pounds of untouched bat excrement up my gluteus maximus rather then spend another millisecond of my damned life on this planet on this god forbidden app. Somehow it is more confusing then the policies these damn governors make, and it has a worser accessibility then the depths of the 7th layer of hell. In the name of all that’s holy who the hell made this? How and why?? What did they do to the poor person who made this abomination?

Update loses data

Having to upload personal data and preferences each update is frustrating!

Breaching digital ID rules

Soo forces you to sign in with digital ID which is against the rules and digital ID bill. Digital ID is voluntary and you cannot force people to use it.

Shocking

Can’t even log in even after going through MyGOVID. It just keeps coming up with unspecified error. What is going on?!

Cannot login with mygovid

Have signed up mygovid and entered the 4 digits code in mygovid app. However, it says unknown error when I come back to the app. Second trial got a json with forbidden message.

Useless App

I find no use of this app. I did not expect the WA government to launch that has no use to its people.

Good potential - bushfire alerts for other regions

I need alerts for when I am not in the area. I need two or three alert areas. Will keep using alertome app

Remember the login

If you think I’m going to go through all the rubbish to prove my identity every time you update the app, you have another think coming. This is absurd.

Fuel watch?

Release notes say it adds support for fuelwatch but it doesn’t appear anywhere in the app.
