New app doesn’t work
I have a iPhone 15 and the app doesn’t work, it’s the most common phone sold today it should work.
Very frustrating, no mobile app, no longer syncs to QuickBooks, and I can’t pay my tax online for my Saskatchewan properties.
I’ll be switching banks after being a customer for over 30 years.

I don’t know why, but since the last update, every time log in, the app shuts down!!! I can get in no problem on my laptop, but this app is 100% useless to me now. The original app was way more useful than this garbage. I only give one star because it won’t let me put zero stars

Not an Improvement..
I cannot say that the new app is an improvement from the old one. Sure it looks more modern now, but I find it less user friendly, and quite frustrating. I'll provide some feedback (unfortunately unlike others), in hopes for better changes..
The new app does not allow you to look at all your accounts at once in one screen (without scrolling) which is a pretty big loss. I do not see why the white boarder boxes have to be so large, and why the totals have to be on a new line, when instead, it could be smaller and all on one line, to fit more accounts on the page at once.
I don't need to see my servus rewards account, or my profit shares account, on my home page (or on my accounts page for that matter). I find that to be pretty useless. It would be nice to be able to customize the accounts we want to see on the home page.
Why do we have to click "activity" on the bottom, and then on the activity page, click "activity" again?
I can't seem to be able to unfavorite accounts. Maybe a glitch?

App is atrocious
Barley ever functions properly constant endless load screens and errors while trying to log in.
Why cant I use the app in my iPhone ?

App has a problem every other month
At this point, you need to hire a legit coder or somebody who knows how to make the app work in general. Every other update there is some sort of problem that affects the users greatly. Like to the point the whole entire app and website is shut down for who knows long when I need to go into it to deal with my balance to see any concerns. Please fix your banking.
