## Sesh Description
What happens in therapy shouldn't stay in therapy.

Sesh is a beautifully private, completely on-device journal designed specifically for your therapy sessions. Capture what came up, how you felt going in and leaving, recurring themes, and the moments in between — so nothing important gets lost before your next appointment.

Log sessions in under 90 seconds. Track your mood over time. Notice the patterns that matter. Sesh sits quietly between your sessions, helping you carry the work beyond the room.

Your session content never leaves your device — no accounts, no cloud, no ad tracking, ever. Optional anonymous analytics is off by default — and even then it never includes your moods, themes, or notes. Just you and your journal.

— Sesh Plus —
Logging your sessions, your full timeline, and your goals are always free. Sesh Plus unlocks Insights & patterns, PDF export & share, and alternate app icons. Start with a 7-day free trial.
• Yearly — $39.99/year (after a 7-day free trial)
• Monthly — $6.99/month
Logging your sessions is always free. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
