Bluetooth Sensor Support
Pair your heart rate monitor, cadence sensor, speed sensor, or smart trainer wirelessly. Sessions uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to connect to your devices with no extra hardware required.

Smart Trainer Ready
Using a smart trainer? Sessions communicates directly with your device to display Indoor Bike Data and lets you set power and resistance targets on the fly.

Plan Your Workouts
Build custom workouts with structured power and duration blocks. Follow your plan during the ride and stay on track from warm-up to cooldown.

Review Your Progress
Browse your session history and see how you're improving over time. Every session is saved with averages and data points so nothing gets lost.
