Don’t like the update
Loved this booking system, still do but I hate that I can’t add something in myself now without me having to opt for double booking. Sometimes I know an appointment isn't going to last as long with a certain client and I used to be able to add something in myself as an ‘event ‘ even if it overlapped but now I can’t do this.
Update issue
I keep updating it when it asked me too and now it’s saying the app isn’t available in my region when I try update it, I’ve all my clients booked on it and can’t even open it

Extremely slow customer care
I was having difficulty embedding code from Setmore into my website, no reply back after 4 hours...& still waiting. I’ve cancelled subscription.
New update is bad
I’ve been using Setmore for a while now just updated it and now it won’t even open for me means all my appointments are gone and I can use it to put new ones in! Shocking bad
Good app
Good app very helpful. But won't let me take bookings for Saturday and Sunday. Changed opening hours 3 times for Saturday and Sunday and still won't let me book in!!

I use this app for my beauty business it is fantastic. I can't believe it's free. I have used it for 1 year. It's great to be able to take appointments when you are out of the salon. I only wish I was able to book in when online.

Client blocking
App is ok book you can’t block unwanted clients . Don’t understand this app don’t have this simple feature
