Simple yet useful
I was always trying to find the best workout routine for me. I tried the most popular workout app and it turns out it didn’t work for me. I was confused upon the “correct” workout routine for me until I found this app. This is simple, incomplex, and didn’t ask users of their data (i.e. height, bodyweight, ect.) but simply puts them into action. It’s my first time using this app and I think it’s 100% recommended.
